The virtual reality experience "Remember" depicts the fictional life journey of a coma patient through fragmented memories. With interactive elements, it invites users to immerse themselves in a visually abstracted world and to engage with the processes of remembering and the distorted reconstruction of past moments. Through a blend of voiceover and particle animations inspired by dance theater, the fictional story of Christine, a rising ballet dancer whose life takes an unexpected turn, is narrated. The user starts in a black void, unaware of where or who they are. Over time, various objects linked to the protagonist's memories appear, telling fragmented key scenes of her life. Interaction with these objects activates individual memory sequences. Upon touch, the objects disintegrate into thousands of particles like memories that dissipate as one tries to grasp them.
