Carlos, a writer in his late 20s, is staying in an old hotel in downtown Mexico City in order to disconnect from the world and write his next script. Victim of a creative block, he forces himself, causing the line between reality and fiction to be crossed, and the situations he writes about to seemingly take on a life of their own. Now, Carlos finds himself face to face with characters who embody his most overwhelming thoughts, testing him in a struggle to control them or give in to them.

Director's bio:
Francisco de la Reguera was born in Veracruz, Mexico. After finishing his studies in Visual Arts, he began his acting career in the television series Niño Santo (2011), produced by Gael García Bernal and Diego Luna. In cinema, he ventured with Hugo Lara's debut feature The Kids Are Back (2017), with a role that earned him a nomination in the 2018 Canacine Awards. He began his career as creator, writer and director with the series Los Hermanos Salvador (2022), the first Mexican fiction series released by Disney Plus, Latin America.
