After a long exile, Gabriela returns to her family's land to care for her ailing father and make peace with her painful past. Upon her return, she is faced with Diego, the reason why she left, and the new owner of the land.

Director's bio:
Filmmaker and photographer established in Quebec city, Yannick Nolin completed Film Studies in Quebec before continuing his film work with the KINO movement. He is now the Art Director of Kinomada, which he co-founded, and which organises labs all over the world for short film creators. Yannick has codirected the short films Acadiana (2019), with over 90 festival selections, and Belle River (2022), which went to more than 100 festivals.
