The film observes the life of the pipeline in the Czech city of Ústí nad Labem, which creates a network that moves through the city like a snake, variously hissing and undulating. It connects all the animals and people in its vicinity. Sometimes it dominates in the vague terrain that escapes our conscious attention, but sometimes it hides among the trees, where it is not visible at all. This industrial snake has no beginning and no end. Its infinity or cyclicity points to the daily cycle of life.
