2026 INTERNATIONAL SUBMISSIONS - Overview

Since 2012, the Luxembourg City Film Festival has been a competitive Festival, awarding the best international cinema in the categories of Feature Film (€10,000), Documentary (€5,000), Young Audience (€2,000), and the 2030 Award by Luxembourg Aid & Development (€7,500), which honours a work addressing themes of international cooperation.

Please submit your fiction or documentary feature here. 

* As of now, the LuxFilmFest does not accept international short films. 

Submissions for feature films (documentaries & fiction) remain open until 21st November 2025, 11:59 pm (Paris Time)

• Early Bird Submissions: From 15th June to 21st October 2025 — submission fee: €35 for international submissions only

• Late Submissions: From 21st October to 21st November 2025 — submission fee: €50  for international submissions only

Young audience submissions remain open until 17th October 2025, 11:59 pm (Paris Time).
